Week 3 -Day 2,3,4,5,6 report

Got lazy updating the blog, but didn't get lazy with the exercise.

Day 2 -Completed Plyo
Day 3 - Completed Arms & Shoulders, mostly used bands, used 20lbs on some.
Day 4 - Yoga X - did for 70 minutes
Day 5 - Completed Legs & Back
Day 6 - Skipped Kenpo, but did an hr of Yoga at the gym & cut the hedges old styles with sears for 2 hours.
Day 7 - Did power Yoga at LuluLemon in Princeton, Denise kicked my butt, it was harder than Yoga - X if you can believe it.
