Week 5 - Day 3,4,5,6,7 report

Day 3 - Completed back & biceps, only 22 pullups.
Day 4- Yoga X - only 30 minutes, Saved myself for hr long yoga class in the evening.
Day 5 - Completed Legs & Back
Day 6 - Completed Kenpo, yoga for an hr & another hr of law moving burned a bunch a calories
Day 7 - Yoga at Princeton LuluLemon, nice finish to the week.

Firefox Typo


"Broblem loading the page", I think there are different code paths where a page might not be displayed, if I type a made up url, the error message doesn't have the typo.

Week 4 - Day 1 & 2

Day 1 - Skipped Yoga X, did an hr of Vinayasa Yoga at the gym, the lady next to me farted at least 4 times. Didn't enjoy, need to learn to not be bothered with what others do.

Day 2 - Core Synergistics - Completed - awesome workout.

Week 3 -Day 2,3,4,5,6 report

Got lazy updating the blog, but didn't get lazy with the exercise.

Day 2 -Completed Plyo
Day 3 - Completed Arms & Shoulders, mostly used bands, used 20lbs on some.
Day 4 - Yoga X - did for 70 minutes
Day 5 - Completed Legs & Back
Day 6 - Skipped Kenpo, but did an hr of Yoga at the gym & cut the hedges old styles with sears for 2 hours.
Day 7 - Did power Yoga at LuluLemon in Princeton, Denise kicked my butt, it was harder than Yoga - X if you can believe it.

Monday - Pushups -121, Pullups 14.5, went down on pullups compared to first week. My left shoulder is hurting.

Day 4 - Did 30 minutes Yoga X in the morning then and hr of Yoga class at the gym.

Completed the main + bonus. Ab ripper killed me again, only did the first three exercises. Core is my weakness.

Pre Day 1 - P90x

I have been doing yoga at my local Y about 4 times a week for last 2 months. Now it's time to take it up a few notches. I'll start day 1 of my P90x experience tomorrow. I got my P90X DVD, resistance bands, heart rate monitor, dumbbells. Now I need to bring it.

Starting Condition, M/36- 5'10, Small Frame, 163 lbs, Can do about 20 push ups.

Goal - Loose 5 lbs. Follow P90x - classic program & continue my yoga sessions.
