I have been doing yoga at my local Y about 4 times a week for last 2 months. Now it's time to take it up a few notches. I'll start day 1 of my P90x experience tomorrow. I got my P90X DVD, resistance bands, heart rate monitor, dumbbells. Now I need to bring it.
Starting Condition, M/36- 5'10, Small Frame, 163 lbs, Can do about 20 push ups.
Goal - Loose 5 lbs. Follow P90x - classic program & continue my yoga sessions.
